Before I answer your Q: PLEASE accept my most sincere apology. I don’t mean to hurt you or insult you.

I can tell, very recently you finished a property acquisition seminar. In my opinion [and I think in the thoughts of many reading your Q, you ARE suffering from a SEVERE case of Seminar Hype. There isn't anything wrong with that wonderful feeling.

Everyone who attends seminars gets that same feeling of euphoria. The job of the folks presenting the material is to get you to "get on the bandwagon", spend and invest your money for an economis situation which definitely saw better days.

To answer your Q: THE BEST place to begin your quest for financial independence and wealth is right in your own back yard - YOUR neighborhood, city, town or province.

Why? Because you already have your roots established. You have your friends and family. You go to church/temple/mosque. To be brief: {eop;e KNOW YOU - and/or know OF you!

You can and should take advantage of the economic situation and climate in your area.

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT SPAM. I DO NOT HAVE ANY INTEREST - FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL - TO GAIN FROM THE INFORMATION I'M TELLING THIS PERSON AND TO THE READER:

There is a book you should do your best to get AND read: "Acres of Diamonds" by Russell Cromwell, founder of Temple University.

http:amazon.com

Its a small investment - less than $15 U.S.
Believe it or not, there ARE "Acres of Diamonds" in your very own back yard - WHEN you KNOW what to do AND HOW TO {RP{ERLY do it.

Its very easy to read. Its very easy to follow. You can write in it. You can make notes in it. All you have to do is to read five [5] pages – Let’s count
1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 pages of this book – or any book – each and every day.
OR You can leave it sit on the shelf, on a table or on the floor and let it collect dust.

Suggestion: Journal every day on your computer. What you learned and what you were taught. What to do and what not to do.

Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

VTY,
