Cheap house are usually neglected and require more then you expect to repair. Until the economy picks up, don't end up with payments on houses you can sell. I go to school and have a job as a theatrical stage employee, and I wanted to do that too, bbut didn't have the money. Whatever you do, don't fall for any of the online get rich quick scams. They're getting tricky and fancy with websites and all that. I fell for the get paid survey ones which are also a crock. you always have to fulfill the terms and conditions. I did find one online business though that I really thought was a scam and signed up for it when I was drinking one night and told myself I was only losing a twelve pack (lol). It was $15 to buy the training guide and unbelievably it's no scam. I'm making over $100 a day. Nothing spectacular, but off 15 bucks it's worth it. I'm closing escrow on my first house now as a matter of fact. Good Luck!
