Flipping real estate is not like it is on TV and right now the market is softening big time and has turned into a buyers market versus seller as it has been the last 6 or so years . Do you have the capital and credit to purchase a house ? Do you have your contractors all lined up ? Do you have your wholesale sources lined up ? Do you have a general contractors license and a realty broker who will work out a discount deal with you ?????? These are just some of the things you need to have and know before you start reading a book which basically the only person who made money with the book was the one who wrote it .
