Don’t mess with the books…unless you want to….from exp they do provide good info but can take you in loops and easy to confuse….if you want to get ahead with real estate look into TAX SALES (not just tax lein sales) about 26 states are tax sale states…..you buy properties for pennies on the dollar……free and clear
