Can I make money flipping commercial real estate?

i live in south florida, and right now down here is a bad time to be playing around with your cash, might better wait and check out the banking sets, we are hurting pretty bad in sales and if you have the cash, its not a bad time to grap land, but whats going to happen if your bank goes down, best hang on to some cash for now pal!!!

sure some folks have made millions but for each one 10 to 20 have lost there shirts!!!

yes. why not. Real estate can make you very rich. Havnt you heard about robert kiyosaki and donald trump. They both got so much money in real estate .

You can start by reading some of books on amazon. The one from robert kiyosaki is good.

However , you can also check out this site . Trust me creating money out of real estate isnt that hard . You just need patience , knowledge and vision. This is really tough time for all real estate developers.
