I sure do like the sounds of it, but from what I’ve heard, everybody and their brother wants to get into this business. There’s sooo much competition. Also, don’t you have to have lots of money to get started?
I have a successful real estate firm that buys, rehabs and sells single families and multi-units. There is so much opportunity here in Chicago that I can’t purchase property fast enough using money from banks (because the approval process for each property is so time consuming that seller sell to cash or near cash buyers). I’m looking for investors willing to fund $100k or more. This will allow my firm to purchase and rehab property faster thereby allowing us to sell it faster. I provide a prospectus with all the property specs so the investor knows the details of the property. Where can I find an investor willing to fund these projects in Chicago???
